John Holifield joined Aalberts surface technologies Solutions as Regional Manager following Premier’s acquisition of Al-Fe Heat Treating where John was Vice President of Heat Treat Operations. With a career that spans more than 25 years of executive management experience, John has led efforts to streamline operations, negotiate contracts and manage business development initiatives generating consistent year over year revenue growth and increased profitability.  Prior to joining Al-Fe, John held various finance positions with Alcoa Automotive and Fort Wayne Foundry including Group Controller and Vice President of Finance. John began his career at General Motors where he was first exposed to a manufacturing environment at the Truck Assembly in Flint, Michigan before moving into finance roles at General Motors Corporation.
John holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
