We are excited to announce Z Capital Partners has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Aalberts surface technologies to Aalberts, N.V.
Aalberts, N.V. is a Dutch manufacturer with facilities around the world, including 22 in North America. The transaction is expected to close before year-end.
Since being acquired by Z Capital, Aalberts surface technologies has doubled its number of facilities, expanded its service offerings, and built an outstanding platform that will support our continued growth. Over the last 4+ years, we have been focused on growth, building strong teams and systems, and improving our facilities and work environments.
