I am pleased to announce that the deal closed this morning and we are now officially a part of the Aalberts family. We are excited about what the future holds for Aalberts surface technologies as an Aalberts company; Aalberts’ pragmatic culture, significant technical resources, and outstanding teams around the globe will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business.
